This blog will be used to list all worthy upcoming events, including parties, openings, concerts, and other events in New York City. Everything is edited by me, personally, so there’s no ad revenue influence or anything like that. I’ll be plugging certain people and venues, but this is to get people in the know about what’s going on in their neighborhood. Ideally it will make talented local djs more popular, but also encourage people to go out and take advantage of all the awesome stuff that NYC has to offer. There are already tons of places to get lists of what’s going on in NY, like the L magazine, Village Voice, and going.com, and in part this blog is to keep me on top of things, but I’ll also have links to other blogs, articles, and musicians’ myspaces.As of now I’m still learning the technicalities of blogging, like linking and uploading, but since I was born in the ’80s I should be able to figure it out quickly, I think.So…. hello lover, NY and everything that goes with it.
